I'm a private flat owner looking to rent it out in August.

It's in Brixton...

A one bed flat on one of Brixton?s popular residential roads, just off Brixton Hill.

In zone 2 so convenient for transport into town, but on a quiet road and also close to all the amenities of Brixton.

I'm looking for a professional single or couple who?d like to make a home.

The kitchen and bathroom (with shower over it) are both modern and clean. The open plan kitchen/living room has laminate floors and 2 windows to the front of the property. Situated at the back, the bedroom looks over the shared garden.

Buses are 2 mins away, the tube 8; Brixton boasts an array of cinemas, restaurants, bars, clubs, music venues, shops and more?

It's renting at ?1400pcm it offers a long lease for those looking to make their home here. Suitable for nonsmoking professionals - no pets allowed.

It comes part furnished, there?s room to add your own personal touches to the space too.

Available mid-August, viewing is highly recommended.

Please contact Vanessa 07951 200390 to arrange a time.

Furniture: Leather sofa, small kitchen table and 2 chairs, 2 IKEA 2x2 storage blocks, double bed, pine wardrobe and chest of drawers. Kitchen white goods.

    • Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂
    • Can you share your ideas for the site, please? So the residents can have an idea of what your ideas/plans consist of.
    • I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking  to Dulwich Village?
