I'm a qualified body control pilates matwork teacher and i'm offering pilates at your home, which makes life much easier with all our busy shcedules. Either 121's or small groups depending on space available. I first found pilates through my classical dance training about 13 years ago and its been an important part of my life through my career. I would now love to have the chance to transfer my knowledge on to you and others. Great for every one and any one especially great for people who work a lot in offices, people with back pain, general aches and pains, women through pregnancy and after pregnancy and generally for people who want to improve there core and posture so please get in touch if your interested.

  Glad to hear that the cops are taking crash for cash seriously. The situation I am aware of the driver called the police, reported it separately as dangerous motorcycling, avoided all calls from 'ambulance chasers' and subsequently got a letter from the police saying it was an unregistered rider/uninsured rider. It was reluctantly reported to their insurers who actually did not put up the premium which was a nice surprise. So as stressful as it may be just hold firm, deny everything, take down details and report to the police.
