A few reasons that posts get deleted:

Posting in the wrong forum - if you are advertising business services in the main ED forum rather than the business section, your posts will first get moved and then deleted if it happens regularly;

Not following the rules for business posts which are here - https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?30,642847 - the one that a lot of posts get deleted on is not including a business address;

Bumping posts, posting fake reviews or recommending yourself.
