Hi there,

We have a lovely little 1950s house in the middle of Denman Road in Peckham (it's a gorgeous quiet road, just off Lyndhurst Grove and parallel to Talfourd Rd). We're planning works to it, which we hoped to start now, but it's been pushed back by a few months, so we're keen to rent it out in the meantime.

It has a lovely big south-facing garden

I've attached a couple of pics below

It's only partially furnished, with a double bed and a chest of drawers and shelving unit (if wanted). There's a couple of small fitted wardrobes too.

It's ?1650/pcm - we're just keen to cover the mortgage

It's cute and clean - I'm keen for someone to move in ASAP on a short term let

DM me if interested :-) I can send you some more pics and have a chat with you about it

Sara

    • Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂
    • Can you share your ideas for the site, please? So the residents can have an idea of what your ideas/plans consist of.
    • I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking  to Dulwich Village?
