People who play loud music at 4am through open windows either know they are out of order and don't care or are so messed up that a complaint is unlikely to help. I expect the chance of 'oh sorry didn't realise won't do it again' is approaching zero.

Noise team out if action. And already said the chances of anything constructive coming from talking to those making the noise very small, plus it was raining heavily and I had a three year old to deal with. I admit that it's pointless posting on here about it, but at 4 am when you can't sleep and your really really pissed off, and sometimes you feel like screaming into the void as catharsis.
