Just had Ben and the team from Rock Dove Renovation complete a full refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom.

Terrific work and we are really pleased with the results.

Ben is a top professional and has a keen eye for the details and finish. He was responsive to any requests and helped me with the design, choice of materials and finished look. What a brilliant service throughout the past few weeks. Ben and the team are a real pleasure to have had in the family home. Always keeping things tidy and out of harm's way. Ben and the team make you feel relaxed and keep you updated on work schedules. Above all a pleasure to have had Rock Dove Renovation (a local company) in the family home.

Cheers Ben and the team again at Rock Dove Renovation.

I also had a really good experience of Ben and his Rock Dove Rennovation team, who installed my Mum's new Howden's kitchen, kitchen floor and basement flat rennovation, August and September 2022. Very responsive, professional, good results, and always quick to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.

    • I just spoke to the bin man who was taking the food waste bin and he said he doesn't take the brown garden waste bin! He said that was another round. Strange as theyre always taken together. He said to ring them and complain. I think that as a group we should escalate this further if they're not emptied today.
    • This is interesting and I wish the service well.  But the biggest problem appears mostly to be with incoming mail which gets as far as the sorting office and then appears to be only randomly delivered to final destinations in East Dulwich.  Is City Mail able to help with this?
    • Due to widespread discontent with Royal Mail (late, delayed and disappearing post), a local consortium of businesspersons is starting a competing service for local mail in the London area. Starting 1 April and for a trial period of 2 weeks any mail posted to an address in Greater London, will be delivered free of charge providing CITY MAIL is written in the top right corner of the envelope. In East Dulwich, please post in the GREEN postbox outside William Rose at 126, Lordship Lane. After this period stamps will be available to prepay postage at approximately half the rate of Royal Mail stamps Contact City Mail (London) at [email protected] for more information.
    • Here's a section from the 1916 OS map showing the building on the corner of Upland Road and Crystal Palace Road as a police station. I'm guessing it remained a fully operational police station until the opening of the purpose built police station in Lordship Lane And an extract from a map dated 1969
