Causing a lot of back pain and discomfort.A lot of conflicting advice out there, and finding I?m just not sure if I?m doing recommended exercises properly.Would really appreciate any insights, experiences, recommendations? JEG1 Posted July 19, 2021 Share Posted July 19, 2021 The Tupler technique worked well for me. I invested in the splint as well, which you have to wear almost 24/7 for the first 6 weeks. It really helped my back pain, stomach and posture.
