Large double room in family home ?250pcm inc bills in exchange for max 12 hours childcare

Hi

We are a family of 5 living between Honor Oak and Forest Hill. We have three children aged 8,6 and 4.5. We normally have an au pair to help with school pick up but due to Brexit this has been challenging. We also work from home quite a bit so we are only needing a max 12 hours a week.

So we are looking for a student or young person who wants reduced rent (?250pcm including all bills) in return for collecting the kids from school at 3:30pm (5 min walk) 3 days a week and taking them to swimming (20min walk) or tennis (short bus ride) and home again finishing at 6pm. We would also ask if you could do the odd bit of babysitting one night a week. My ad us on Spare room or DM me for more details.
