Small plumbing job, stuck radiator valve

Or at least I think that is the problem, radiator was working fine till I turned it down the other week now can't get the heat back. The pin under the thermostatic valve doesn't seem to move. Any handyman/plumbers who can help? It's in my daughter's room and need to get fixed. Thanks

Try very gently tapping the pin with a small hammer.

Don't hit the valve with a hammer that rarely works especially not with thermostatic valves. Happy to pop in and help if you can't get it working.
