Hi there

I just wanted to recommend Maurice Yeoman. I know that there are further recommendations on the forum for him, which is how I heard of him. He has just done our bathroom for us and has done a brilliant job. He is very thorough and you can rely on him giving honest opinions and making sure that he does quality work. We were on a budget and he was very good and trying to find more economic alternatives. His was always very prompt and polite and willing to give advice even when he wasn't actually working for us.   Glad to hear that the cops are taking crash for cash seriously. The situation I am aware of the driver called the police, reported it separately as dangerous motorcycling, avoided all calls from 'ambulance chasers' and subsequently got a letter from the police saying it was an unregistered rider/uninsured rider. It was reluctantly reported to their insurers who actually did not put up the premium which was a nice surprise. So as stressful as it may be just hold firm, deny everything, take down details and report to the police.
