Norwood Roofing - bad experience

My review keeps getting deleted on another post so I wanted to ensure there was a balanced report on here regarding a bad experience with Norwood Roofing.

They came round to fix some issues with the roof but following a downpour a few months later it was clear that the problem had not been fixed properly.

When I asked them to return, they were adamant that the issue was caused by the gutter (even though there was leaking coming in the roof from where they had fixed).

I found them aggressive and unwilling to engage in the issue.

Therefore in all truth I cannot recommend them as although on first appearances the work had been done properly, you cannot trust that they will come back to make repairs if it goes wrong.

  Great work from Aria - he replaced a shower for me. He was prompt to reply to me and communicated well to make sure i was happy with what he planned to do. His work was good and he was able to do the job in a good time scale.

  I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance regarding a car break-in that occurred today, around 2 PM, on Carson Road. A couple of bags (both khaki in color), a luggage, and a passport were stolen. The bags, in particular, hold significant sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them.
