Huggers
There is tai chi on Fridays at the copplestone centre for any age adult. I do it with the same guy at Dulwich leisure centre on a Thursday but it is a ?silver? over 60?s class. He is a great teacher and tai chi is fantastic!I think he also does a class in New Cross. Andreas is the teacher. Pugwash
I went to the Copplestone centre one prior to lockdown once. I found it very tiring having to stand for almost an hour (I have arthritis). I was suggested that I tried the Leisure centre, went there to book and was informed that could only book on line. Tried to do this and found that due to popularity there were no spaces for several weeks. Gave up after that.
