Seamstress needed urgently for wedding dress alterations

I'm getting married on 16th February and need the waist of my dress taking in. I think it can be done from the side seams relatively easily but I might be wrong.

Is there anyone handy with a needle who could help me with this please? I'd pay for your time of course
