Is anyone interested in purchasing a car park space in the gated car park on Sternhall Lane? Next to Sternhall Lane Surgery. We are forming a company to buy the long leasehold on it (80+ years), composed of 12 shareholders to represent the 12 spaces that we will be able to fit into the carpark. There is one share/space remaining and so we thought we would reach out to those in the neighborhood to see if anyone was interested.

Total costs are estimated to be about ?15,000 per share/space, and this includes legal fees. We aim to exchange/complete end of August.
