I believe coaching is very effective in supporting people to make changes in their lives. I also think it should be affordable.

I am running group coaching sessions at the Goose Green Clinic in East Dulwich, starting on 11th March. The sessions will be thought provoking, stimulating and fun. They will help you to set some goals to work towards, whether these are personal, professional or business goals - they could even be a mixture!

You will be in a supportive environment, working with other people who also want to make changes in their life to reach their potential. As a qualified, advanced coach, I will also provide support to you between sessions.

There are six sessions, and the total price is ?220. That works out at ?18 per session. This is excellent value for money.
