Looking for help chopping back a climbing plant

We have a large climbing hydrangea (on the back wall of our house in East Dulwich) that is getting out of control and needs cutting back. Our neighbours are complaining :(

Looking for help in pruning it back to acceptable size as soon as possible?

If any part of the plant is on your neighbour's side, it is their responsibility to cut it back.

I believe you own the parts cut off and should dispose of them if the neighbours didn't want to.
