Driving to Canary Wharf

I need to pick up some weighty items from Canary Wharf / Isle of Dogs tonight at 7.30pm. How likely is to take 45 minutes to get there from ED by car, heading up to the Rotherhithe Tunnel and east? Is this foolish optimism or about right?

I do that run regularly , no probs

Go via Ivydale rd through back of Nunhead, then Old Kent rd.

Then through Rotherhithe (sat nav v helpful here)

Cheers, no sat nav, but will follow your suggestion looks better than trying to squeeze through Peckham High Street / Copeland Road

make sure you do the first left after the Rotherhite Tunnel before the A13, most satnavs will miss tags but it loops you round to the Limehouse Link

Yeah that left turn almost caught me out, but thankfully A-Z is up to date and I managed it somehow. Took 45 minutes to Westferry Road so bang on time!

I cycle up there most days, takes just 35 minutes, but the drive not as bad as I feared.
