Beautifully presented one double bedroom flat for

rent within the Peabody Cottages estate, which has lately undergone upgrades and is situated just off Rosendale Road. The property is located on the second floor providing a light and airy internal living space. It has been recently refurbished and is immaculately presented comprising a reception room with open plan kitchen, cosy double bedroom and bathroom. The property further benefits from a secure entry system, hard wooden floors throughout and an attractive feature fireplace in the lounge. The property is situated in an idyllic location, just a short stroll from Brockwell Park, 7 minutes to the centre of Herne Hill and 10 minutes to Dulwich Village both which offer a number of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs. Herne Hill Railway station is in Zone 2 with London Victoria 10 minutes by train and London St Pancras in 22 minutes. Early viewings of this delightful flat is highly recommended. • Sorry this just didn’t seem to belong to request a tradesperson. any good experiences? Not a chiropodist!
    • Crofton Park (borough of Lewisham) has a community notice board which as well as listing councillors is full of notices about local community activities of all sorts and for all ages. It is clean and tidy and only has one small fly poster (attached with one very small piece of tape, and easily removed - I didn't though). Crofton Park also has a lovely little community garden alongside the station, full of flowers, with lots of things of interest to kids,  and also obviously lovingly maintained. I don't know who the land belongs to - possibly the station, though access is via the adjoining road. If Lewisham council/Crofton Park residents can maintain a community notice board, why can't Southwark Council/East Dulwich residents?
