amydaisy Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 My builder unfortunately got a PCN because I was 6mins late booking his visitors parking that day (grrrr....)This was on 9th June and since then I have tried several times to pay this online, but the Southwark parking website keeps coming up with an error message "This PCN / VRM combination does not exist" (I know I'm inputting the correct details...)I've also tried to pay via PayPoint, but the reference number keeps being rejected. Now, I've called Southwark Parking on average twice a day since then, no answer - ever - and no reply to my voicemails, and I've sent now 8 emails, all remain unanswered. You can imagine my frustration...Any one else had this issue with parking a parking fine? I'm at a loss what to do and don't want to face paying double, or worse still, my builder getting a court summons or whatever happens for unpaid parking.
