Postnatal Pilates Class

Hello from Gaia Studio! We are starting a new Pilates class on Monday mornings, specifically for new mums, which you are welcome to bring your babies to.


Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise, especially during the post natal period and will help you cope with tiredness and the day to day challenges of looking after a new baby. The post natal period can last up to 12 months after the birth of your baby, so some adaptations to your exercise routine are recommended and specific pelvic floor exercises will be included.


The classes will be at 10:30am every Monday, please email the studio at [email protected] for further details on bookings and prices.
