Small double room available to a CLEAN and TIDY person, sharing the house with me only.

The double room is cosy and comes with a queen size bed with two drawers, a wardrobe and two big shelves that were added post-photo.. Ideally it would suit someone that doesn't come with too much stuff, although there is some storage downstairs for shoes, jackets, suitcases and other stuff.

The rest of the flat comprises a bright colourful living room, a modern kitchen and a lovely big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally, there's a long sweet paved garden where you can chill and admire the beauty of nature though my dozens of plants ;-)

You will be living with me, an Italian freelancer who's been in London for 13 yrs, and who mostly works from home.

You have to be clean and respectful and able to grasp the (apparently difficult) concept of recycling.

The price is ?580 pm and it includes all the bills. .I am 3 minutes walk from Crofton Park, with trains to Elephant and Castle, Blackfriars, Farringdon and King's Cross, and 11 minutes walk from Honor Oak Park with all its trains and overground connections. Also, the bus stops are 3 minutes away, and they have two separate night buses.

In other words: well connected, cheerful, newly refurbished and a place to call and treat like a home.

No reference required, and only ?400 deposit. pls contact me on 07726 768102 if interested or for more photos

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
