Modern, bright and spacious one bedroom flat with an open plan living area and large private balcony in an incredible location - available for rent unfurnished (Can leave sofa & bed if you wish).

The flat comprises of a generous double bedroom with a large built in wardrobe, a separate bathroom with bath, a wide hallway with storage cupboard and a really spacious open plan kitchen and living area opening out onto a lovely, sunny and private decked balcony (which is not overlooked by other properties and looks out onto a quiet residential road). The flat has large floor to ceiling double glazed windows with real wood plantation shutters throughout. The building has well kept communal areas, a lift and the flat has its own allocated car parking space in a secure car park with a communal garden area.

The location is absolutely brilliant, with everything you need in easy reach. It is opposite the beautiful green space and shops of Goose Green; a few minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of both pretty East Dulwich and trendy Peckham Rye and about a three minutes walk to the huge expanse of Peckham Rye Park. The transport links are really great and varied too (with a bus stop outside for 37 or 484 bus and Peckham Rye station is around 12 mins walk away).

Cost for water is included in the rent. All other bills (electricity and council tax) are payable separately. Deposit of 5 weeks rent required.

Rental : ? 1 300 PCM

Thanks,

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
