MORE INFORMATION: www.oruspace.co/workshops

At Oru, we?re delighted to bring you a unique sound healing experience with the Tibetan sound healing artist Nawang Lodup. He has performed for the Dalai Lama and his music has been shared on BBC Radio 3 and 6.

This practice is a traditional practice from the Himalayas, where the singing bowls are gently struck at different intervals and the ambient sounds aid in meditation and relaxation.

A study in the American Journal of Health Promotion (2014) found that twelve minutes in the sounds of singing bowls reduced blood pressure and heart rate much more than silence!

Can you say how much more? The (free) abstract https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.4278/ajhp.121031-ARB-528 doesn't give any figures.
