Hi -

I have a one bed flat just by East Dulwich station. The tenants are in the process of leaving so I don't have an exact date, but it is the top floor of a Victorian house on St. Francis Road. Your situation sounds good in so far as I am looking for a short let. I hope to do a loft conversion on it in early 2022, but have to do the plans, etc.

I'm not that good at putting photos on this forum, but I could send you pics if you send me an email address or give you more details over the phone. There is not a garden but it is near that park by Sainsbury's. PM me if you are interested and we can take it from there.
