Music Studio to rent....

I have a Rehearsal studio available to rent in Peckham. It is a 5 minute walk from Peckham Rye Station located just off off Bellenden Road. The studio has a P.A. system, 3 vocal mics, a Yamaha Stage custom drum kit, a Peavey bass amp, Fender and Marshall guitar amps. It also has a Roland Juno D keyboard on request. It also has a great set of studio speakers. the room is not huge but could fit around 4 people in, maybe 5 at a push.I built the studio for my own use but i work a lot and feel it should be used more. The price is ?10 an hour including the use of the backline (amps etc) however if you block book your sessions we can work out a cheaper price.
