Hello, I am looking for a place to live! I'm a freelance writer, keen sewer (sewist?), have a recent degree in philosophy from Birkbeck, very keen on cycling and fixing up bikes, cooking, baking and reading, am quiet and clean and want very much to find somewhere I can settle into and make into a nice home for a while. I've lived around Camberwell/Dulwich/Peckham/Herne Hill for a good few years now and love it, and would ideally stay south-east if I can. I am open to rentals, lodgings, housesitting, really any arrangement, though longer term would be really ideal as I have had to move around a lot over the last few years.

Really happy to provide any more info on request. My budget really is dependent on place, and I am happy to discuss this by DM.

  Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂

  I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking to Dulwich Village?
