Hatha Yoga Classes, Recommendation

Hi there

I have found a lovely Hatha yoga class in Brockley, that I'd like to let you all know about. The teacher is a friend from my little ones nursery. Vinod is an experienced teacher, with many years of training in South India (Kerala) he has a gentle yet thorough style. I leave the class feeling calm, restored and set up for the week ahead.

Location: St Hilda's Church (Undercroft), Courtrai Rd, London SE23 1PL

Beginners: Thurs 8-9pm (?8 per class)

Intermediate: Wed 8-9.15pm (?9 per class)
