Bought a bike part during lockdown, never arrived, couldn't get the shop to chase as they said they had proof it was delivered, ebay wouldn't resolve, Paypal refunded me.

Recently bought a rare bike part of an unheard of site. Charged in US dollars. No confirmation from the seller. Googled and found it was a likely scam. Some criticised Paypal for not refunding. They refunded me in a week.
