missyelliott
Great one in Nunhead on Tuesdays at 7.15pm. Run by Catherine. Sorry I can't seem to find her email but it should come up if you search. Let me know if you can't find it. RenF
Was going to recommend same, Catherine Arnold yoga- she has a Facebook page- if you 'like' it you can get a discount off your first class. bee74
I teach the class on Sat mornings at Gaia. It is a mix of active standing vinyasa (postures in a sequence) so that you feel like you are doing some exercise and more gentle sitting postures with a relaxation at the end. We also include breathing of course. We have decided to reduce the class to ?11 so that ladies who don't have many weeks left to go can still get a discount without block booking. We only started 3 weeks ago. There is space for 7 women in the class (it's a small room) and the numbers are increasing - 5 last week.If you would like to attend, please let us know in advance. I hope to see you there. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/28556-pregnancy-yoga-classes/#findComment-612415 Share on other sites
