SteveC
This ginger cat has been visiting the gardens of Ryedale and Dunstans Grove on and off since January. Of late he has been hanging around our garden for long periods. I believe he is a male unneutered cat, and although he looks in reasonably good condition he appears to be hungry. He is also fairly friendly which makes me think he was a pet at some stage. Does anyone know anything about him? elloriac
Thank you for posting, I've seen this cat around for a while now, as you say he looks well cared for, but is definitely not neutered. If you don't get a reply to the paper collar, I'm happy to collect him if you manage to get him and take him to the Neighbourhood Vet or Celia Hammond's to be scanned for a chip, if you don't have a cat basket. He doesn't come in our garden, so I haven't managed to get close to him. SteveC
Thanks Elloriac. I have a carrier and will try and get him to the vet if no one claims him but although he is friendly he is quite wary so will need to gain his trust. I also suspect that if he isn't neutered he probably won't be chipped either.
