website hosting platform recommendations

Any recommendations for the best website hosting platforms? The one I am currently with is out of date and so I'd need to migrate anyway so thought I'd shop around...

I use Squarespace. Really high quality and well managed. I?ve also used Wix in the past for work sites, it?s cheaper but I think it?s harder to use and lower quality.

It all depends in what you want to do

If using code (php, asp.... ) then you can go one way if using drag and drop website building tools then you can go different ways.
