Seeking 1-bed ground floor garden flat (long-term)

Hello,

I'm a woman in my 30s seeking a ground floor garden flat in the Peckham/Camberwell/East Dulwich area.

I have family in the area and very keen to move back (having tried out North London for the last 2years!).

I'm looking for a 1-bed with a budget between ?1,000 - ?1,350pcm. I'm employed full-time and would be commuting to Westminster (a few days a week). I'm good with gardens and living by myself am clean and tidy by nature.
