Waitrose is fine if you have a budget that can afford it. It has very good quality products but expensive. I used them a couple of times for online shopping delivery as I received vouchers off but even with a reduction, they are still more than my normal supermarket online delivery shopping. Waitrose and M&S are similar. Good products but expensive.

Block of flats is probably the most obvious conversion- that's what happens to most closed police stations.

I have been told that the steel reinforcement bars inside the concrete are in poor condition and the building will probably have to be demolished.
