Hyperallergenic masks

Does anyone use one or can recommend a brand?

I'm finding mysterious dry patches/rash/itching and assuming my cotton masks are a bit rough

I suspect what you're really after is a hypoallergenic one. ;)

On reflection, are the ones you're using washable? I'd first suspect any detergent. I can sometimes be affected even by those, partidularly fragranced ones, on other people's clothes. Or might it be fabric treatment that was applied by the manufacturers, that washinmg might usefully reduce?
