We have a lovely two-bed flat available for rent in Campbell Court, on the Lordship Lane Estate. The flat is on the fourth floor with lift access. It has two big bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and a large lounge/dining room with a full wall of built-in bookshelves. The kitchen is modern with good storage, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and full size fridge and matching upright freezer. There are also two deep built-in cupboards providing loads of extra storage space. It?s available furnished (beds, table and chairs, sofas) or we can take them out if you prefer.

The balcony is small, but with stunning views over south London, Crystal Palace Tower and Dulwich Park - the fireworks across the skyline on NYE are wonderful! There is a communal garden and lots of green space all around the estate, as well as a playground and basketball court. Campbell Court backs onto a gate directly into Dulwich Park so you won?t lack for outdoor options.

The building is set back from the main road so it?s nice and quiet, but there is a bus stop directly outside the estate with great connections (176/185/197). Forest Hill train station is about a 15 min walk away.

We have been hugely happy here and only moved away for family reasons. We are not far away though and can provide tradespeople/ repairs swiftly! Photos available at the link below. PM me if you have any questions, or go straight to the agents via the link. It?s a great flat 😁

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
