Hi - looking for a one or possibly two bed garden and/or ground floor flat in W.Dulwich/E.Dulwich. It's for a retired couple in their late 70s; mobile but no longer able to cope with stairs. A few must haves:

Quiet street, no main roads

Preferably furnished/part furnished; all white goods a necessity.

Garden/patio access if available

Walk-in shower cubicle

Budget - thinking ca, ?1100-1500 pcm but flexible for the right place.
