I'm Ella, a local yoga teacher.


Are you curious about trying yoga? Or want to get back into it after a break?


Join me for a 5 week online group course to lay the foundations for a safe and joyful yoga practice.


Live yoga spaces can sometimes feel intimidating, even online. So this course will support you in feeling comfortable and confident to start your yoga practice, towards joining future group classes, or practising at home. Over the 5 weeks we?ll explore the foundational principles of yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breakwork), meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy.


Classes will run for 90 minutes each week, and will be taught at a gentle pace with lots of space for rest.
