frimleyg
OK, so we finally know the results of the school that can't be mentioned. By the time I've written this it will probably be deleted anyway. Whats left to hide? We know the results are bad. Lets talk about it!DfE claim that Ofsted would not have had the results when they inspected the school. This would explain the 'good' grading. According to Ofsted criteria a school can't be graded 'good' unless they are over the national average. So what happens next? The school need to give some explanation as to what they think has caused the plummet (not a dip)! Current parents especially, but equally prospective parents need some reassurance that the school are aware of why the results are so poor, and what steps they are going to take for improvement. Reassuring parents with an official statement, rather than deleting threads on here and mumsnet would be a more effective use of the school's time.
