Large double room wanted

I am seeking a large double room to rent. I am working for the nhs and in my mid 40?s. My budget will be a maximum 650pcm. Prefer a garden and needs parking (street parking is fine). I?m needing to move in the next few weeks.

I have a room with en-suite as my daughter has just moved out but I need to repaint it and get the shower fixed before anyone can move in. I have a dog and so need someone that loves dogs.

Parking in the street is available and it is a fairly quiet road near Peckham Rye. Pm me if you are interested in viewing it prior to redecoration etc. I have a garden. The rent would be ?600 inc of bills & wifi.
