Wanted: 2/3 bed flat or house for long term rent

Hi there,

We are two couples in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a house to rent. Ideally looking for a 3 bed or 2 bed plus an office as we?re working from home a lot more now. We love to cook and entertain so also looking for a house with good space for that. Looking for somewhere that we can really make into a home, ideally a 12 month let.

A bit about us we are a scientist, a tattoo artist, a restaurant marketer and vaccine policy wonk, so a real mixed bag!

Not too fussy about location (camberwell/Peckham/east dulwich/brockley) but ideally close to some public transport and within a 40 min cycle of work in central London.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Best

Lydia

Our flat is back up for rent and taking viewings now that lockdown is easing.

Could be just what you are after! Great area in East Dulwich/ Peckham.

3 beds (and so one could be office).

Full size range cooker in open plan kitchen with breakfast bar making it perfect for entertaining.

Neutral d?cor throughout which is clean and bright. Under floor heating.

Small private balcony plus huge shared garden (for your BBQs!).

We have loved this flat but have now departed and so looking for the right tenants to enjoy and take care of it!

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
