Reliable plumber

Hi, if anyone needs a plumber, I can recommend Paul, 07974 755732. He did a smallish job for me quickly and efficiently, I've sometimes found it difficult to get plumbers interested in smaller jobs, but Paul was reliable, fixed the problem and did a good job.

  Completely agree. It is not only good practice to inform clients in advance of a move/departure/closure but they presumably have not been sending regular case updates either. My advice would be to continue to complain to firm, SRA and Ombudsman.

  SRA have told my neighbour that GD have moved and a new sign will be going up outside. In my opinion, this is bad practice and clients should have been notified before this.
