- Superfast internet with boosters for WFH

- Included in rent is fantastic cleaner who comes every two weeks

- Modern kitchen with washing machine, gas hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle.

- Room comes with secure grounds floor bike locker

- Less than 4 minutes from East Dulwich station with 13 minute trains to London Bridge. Denmark Hill is a 12 minute walk way. Peckham Rye station is 15 minute walk with 20 minute trains to Shoreditch High Street and Clapham Junction, 15 minutes to Victoria.

- Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away with 176 to Tottenham Court Road, 185 to Victoria, and 40 to Aldgate personal favourites.

- Less than 10 minutes walk to Lordship Lane: EDT, MEATliquor & Franco Manca

- Big Sainsbury?s across the road and M&S by the station.

- Bellenden Road is just around the corner.

- Less than 5 minutes to Dulwich Hamlet FC.

    • "Not many people live in the imediate area" - eh?? Me! "Been polluted for decades" - so we do what - we should die and stop being a problem? "Not that it is good to live next to a busy road but anyone buying or renting in the area will be well aware" - oh reallly? Sure, we are all millioners like you with second homes in France. @Administrator Is this malumbu thingy an actual person or some sort of scum? @Administrator happy to meet in person if you want 🙂
    • Not many people live in the immediate area and it's been polluted for decades - less so now cars are cleaner.  Not that it is good to live next to a busy road but anyone buying or renting in the area will be well aware  A word of advice - laying into Southwark ie making negative comments will distract from positive suggestions. Me?  I'd like the Grove tavern to be a community space and,/or social housing.
    • ab,  - fair enough, we all have our own thoughts, I'm interested to see what Dean has in mind.
