lowering paving levels for dampcourse

Need somebody to dig a gulley in paving at front of house where paving is too high for the dampcourse (and possibly somebody to complete more damp proofing work)

Any recommendations and anybody have an idea about cost? House is a Victorian terrace, quite narrow

May be worth noting (you may already be aware) that lowering ground level outside may in itself remove the source of that particular damp issue (with no actual ?damp treatment? necessary), it?ll just take time for the benefits of this action to be realised as the moisture dissipates and wall / fabric dries out.
