Planters being installed in Dulwich Village

Hello

I found out today from the Barber in Dulwich Village, that two planters and trees are going to be installed outside the Barber and Deli.

Does anyone have any information on this? I believe they are going to be put in on the 20th April.

Nice to have if they?re in a built up area with no green space but in already leafy DV, a few hundred steps away from a big, beautiful park and green space in the shape of Belair Park and mini orchard it?s a waste of money.

Totally seems to have come from some mysterious fund that councillors have power over.

Yes, funny that. Meantime, ED area is 'brightened up' with ghastly murals in primary colours as was introduced in NX road. Apparently also by popular demand from local shopkeepers.
