Council Tax - bill re-issued for higher amount

I got my council tax bill early March for ?XXXX. Now (yesterday) they've withdrawn that bill and have issued me with a new bill for a higher amount. Unfortunately, I didn't download a copy of the initial bill and they have since removed it from my account.

I'm not too happy with how they have done this. Has this happened to anyone else?

I can't seem to find a phone number to contact them about this.
