Storage space wanted for paintings and boxes etc

I'm planning on decorating my studio and am looking for a cheap option of somewhere to store quite a few boxes of art materials, paintings, boxes of books etc, ideally somewhere where I can get easy access to them. It doesn't have to be in SE22 - it's more to do with the cost than the locality.

Any suggestions (other than the obvious) ?
