Recommendation Critter Solutions Pest Control

Roger and Elliot are wonderful! I text last night when I saw a little mouse creature in my kitchen and he replied with an appointment the next day. He kindly knocked on the window so as not to wake our daughter it was early and he remembered we had a baby!), gave our dog a little cuddle, and shared a cheery smile. He and Elliot quickly and sorted our issue. He was thoughtful about where he placed the poison to keep the dog safe. And he set a follow up to make sure that we were still happy in a few weeks time. We found him two years ago and now wouldn?t work with anyone else!
We have just had Roger round as been having problems with rats in our basement flat, he turned up when he said he would and gave us good advice on how to get rid of them without killing them and leaving an awful stink under the floorboards. He is a charming and very knowledgable man so would highly recommend him to anybody with a pest problem.

We have used Roger and Elliot a number of times when we suspected the presence of mice. They have always found time to visit on short notice and always really courteous and knowledgable. Great at explaining and dealing with the problem in a really efficient and fuss free way.

Would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a similar problem. Friends have also had the same positive experience and have glowing feedback on Roger and his team. Their contact number is 0208 355 1913.

I would also like to say I had Roger over this morning and he was incredibly insightful, professional and friendly. Roger recommended a solution to my issue that didn't ever involve his services. He then texted me the best products to use, and will be dropping a trap through the letter box next week! I've come across a few cowboys in the pest control industry, Roger and Critter Solutions is certainly not one of them!
Wanted to recommend Roger and Elliot! Contacted them and they came out when they said that they would. Looked at the problem and gave me advice and even filled a hole there and then!! The nicest people and could have fed me a load of rubbish just to get money and I?d have been none the wiser!! Defo be calling again if needed and have no hesitation to recommend them!! Lovely guys! 👍🏻

Update - had to call again and for the second time they came out immediately, looked at the problem and sorted there and then! Honestly restores my faith in human nature as have experienced some dodgy professionals in my time!!

Lovely guys! 👍🏻

Turned to the EDF to find someone to come and look at a potential moth problem we have and found Critter Solutions with a raft of recommendations. Roger responded very quickly and came round to see us when it suited for a free consultation. He was charming, didnt try and push a service that we didnt need and came up with some recommendations for us that didnt involve a treatment. He could have quite easily said we needed him to treat and we would have been none the wiser, but he was reassuring, gave us some tips and went on his way.

Hopefully we won't need to ever use him but if we get any form of pest issue we will absolutely go to him.

Like the poster above I came to the EDF to find recommendations and called Roger about a suspected visit of rats to our cellar. Roger and Elliot came out on the same day and were enormously helpful, educative and encouraging. They spent a fair bit of time with me explaining a few tips and tricks, insisting (as we had the right equipment, Roger and Elliot focused on helping get the best out of them) on not charging for their services even though I tried to pay. I am pleased to report that things worked exactly as they had suspected and we eradicated the rats within a few days. I would heartily recommend Critter Control - honest, friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable and helpful - I would turn to them again immediately should we ever need.

I could not recommend Critter Solutions more highly. Roger is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and has returned to us on several occasions until our rat situation had been eradicated. He gives excellent tips and advice and is very responsive to any requests for help. Very highly recommended.

I'd like to also hugely recommend Critter Solutions. Roger and his son Elliot have come to our house after a pesky mouse problem on several occasions now. Yesterday I called Roger and he was here within the hour- and didn't charge a penny because of their fantastic 18 month guarantee. He also promised to come back next week to check up. They are both so helpful, polite, knowledgable and they're just a hard working, honest, family business. Contact them on 020 8355 1913 or 07518 577977

    • I took the JSON into Alteryx and ran some tools against it - but I did make that mistake of counting 4 rows per country instead of the 3   But materially you were still essentially correct
    • Malumbu, yes there are some extreme views being voiced on this thread (many of which I do not agree with - on both sides I hasten to add) but do not try to pigeon-hole people as lunatic fringes. The Democrats tried that in the US election and it backfired massively - why? Because swing voters and some who you would expect to be die-hard Democrats voted for Trump because they weren't hearing anything of substance from the Democrats about the things that mattered to them. And this is the very threat we all face from populism - that populists throw dog whistles out to anyone and everyone on the basis that "the incumbents aren't listening to you/are ignoring you". In fact, the tactic that Labour used in the election campaign to blame everything on Tory incompetence and corruption is now being played back to them. I think the government has 6 - 9 months to try and stop this turning into a massive train-wreck of a parliament and we all have to hope they can do so because the alternative direction of travel is an absolute disaster in waiting. I often say it's the people who do not need to say anything who are benefiting the most at a time of crisis - be wary when your political opponents are letting you do all the talking (and this applies in equal measure to people outside and inside your own party).
    • Sephiroth I've slightly amended my above post btw, though numbers stay the same.  I've just realised that I was looking at the plain text version (labelled JSON as a page-top option) within Firefox.  Your post alerted me to the fact that I'm also offered a 'raw data' version, which I take it is what you're looking at.  I think that was probably the only representation available at Referendum time;  I think I cobbled a script to extract data from it. Do see if you have access to the plain text version, which I think is certainly user-friendlier for most purposes. PS I've just looked at the file within Chrome, and see only the real json format raw data and no obvious other option.  I'd better look at the real raw file now -- which I've saved as a .txt file, and find that the 'raw data' in json format is still all there is, and that I've perhaps been beguiled into thinking differently by some Firefox feature or add-on.  Ho hum.  But do other browsers really not have similar?
    • Who is the person that signed it from South Georgia Islands! 😉 I think the distribution of non-UK looks as you would expect on the basis of UK ex-pats living abroad but the only one that stood out was the 31 responses from China and I did wonder whether UK government websites would be readily accessible in China - although the 422 responses from Hong Kong may validate that they must be! Whatever the true situation the fact that this petition is getting such traction suggests the government are struggling to cut through - which they are. But clearly, there will not be an election for many years yet, but I think this does go to show that electorates (not only in the UK) are very impatient right now and that is a massive risk to any party in power and if, like Labour, you get elected on the change ticket and you affect change that the majority think help them or the country then you're in for a really, really rough ride. Labour is really struggling to sell it's vision and get people on the journey with them and for every story we are going to read about pensioners not able to heat their homes or farmers protesting about inheritance tax then the worse it will become. Next we are going to start hearing about the impact of the budget on small (and big) businesses and that will likely impact growth and our ability to control inflation and if that does happen then Rachel Reeves has a big problem on her hands (and Keir is likely to start looking for a scapegoat).
