noisy neighbours from hell (Dunstans Road)

is it me or has any body else heard that annoying dog thats constantly barks aswell as the crappy loud music that goes on all through out the day with the windows open ??? i honestly feel sorry for the neighbours that have to put up with that crap , something should be done about it
