Victorian pathway specialists - local recommendations please

Hi all

I wondered if you could recommend any local and very high quality Victorian pathway specialists for a gardening client who needs a new Victorian pathway fitting with step and lip edging.

I know there's a very good local guy who I think is based in West Norwood, but I can't remember his name, and I can't find his business card if anyone knows who I mean?
