recommended painter decorator

I have just moved to SE London and organised for my empty flat to be painted and have the wooden floors sanded using a website called my builder. I chose a guy called Richard Carroll and he did a great job, the flat was immaculate when I arrived and it's good quality work. So, I recommend him! He says he does all sorts of other things too, he mentioned he does electrics and plumbing [but i have no experience of this]
